True Freedom
We are called ‘Freedom Generation’ because we believe God wants to bring freedom like never before to a whole generation. As young people we are growing up in a society where we have more choices than ever before and yet we meet so many people who feel bound by what others think, a desire for possessions, addictions and a lack of true purpose!
What does true freedom look like?
True freedom is when you don’t have to wear MAKE-UP to leave the house…
True freedom is when you can ENJOY the silence of your own company…
True freedom is when you no longer PUSH AWAY those closest to you…
True freedom is when you have NO FEARS about your future…
True freedom is not having to buy the latest fashions to feel ACCEPTED…
True freedom is being able to look people in the eyes when you are talking to them because you are NOT ASHAMED of who you are…
True freedom is not NEEDING someone else to make you feel better about yourself…
True freedom is when your pain is GONE not just covered up or forgotten…
True freedom is feeling truly CONFIDENT without having to drinking copious amounts of alcohol…
True freedom is being able make mistakes and not PUNISHING yourself for them…
True freedom is when you can be HAPPY for someone else when they have something you want…
True freedom is when you stop believing the LIE that you would be happier if you were ‘thinner’, ‘prettier’, ‘richer’ or ‘smarter’…
True freedom comes from knowing you are LOVED…
